The management plan of the RBC Elbe is a direct result of the long-standing cooperation between the Federal States that are part of the Elbe River Basin. The plan and the program of measures that is summarised in the plan were drawn up in accordance with Annex 7 of the WFD; they depict the Federal States' management plans within the RBC Elbe until 2015. Not only does the report consist of detailed information in text form, but it also includes a high number of directories, reports and maps of the entire Elbe River Basin and the individual coordinating areas.
